At Cross Culture Community, we take pride in providing quality products and a meaningful customer experience.
 

All sales are considered final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
 

However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

​Order Issues

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

  • A defective product
     

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery using Get in Touch form:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item
     

We will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any issue review

  • We do not accept returns due to sizing, preference, or change of mind

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
